Mark has worked in procurement and supply chain management roles for over 25 years and joins us with a wealth of industry and consulting experience and strengthens our team leadership in areas such as cost reduction programmes and procurement capability development.The majority of this time has been in Procurement and Logistics leadership positions with personal accountability for achieving significant benefits in cost, cash and risk - often in difficult and complex sourcing areas. Mark brings a focus on team leadership and effective stakeholder engagement underpinned by structured programme and project governance. Mark has led many change management programmes and processes as a line manager as well as in consulting practice. Prior to his consulting career, Mark has worked in the automotive and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries within a wide range of international supply chain leadership roles including procurement, manufacturing and planning & logistics.
