Iain has more than 25 years experience in procurement, supply chain, and operations. He has operated in senior roles in the car manufacturing, consumer goods, and electricity sectors. This experience is augmented by more than 10 years winning, leading and delivering transformational consulting programmes in procurement on an international basis. Iain has helped many organisations deliver their operational and strategic goals – including dramatic reductions in costs, developing effective procurement strategies and building organisational capability. Iain also operates in a coaching capacity to numerous Procurement Leaders and maintains enduring ties with a wide range of business managers. His passions outside work are the outdoors, Africa, and water ski-ing.
