We analyse the calibre and performance of your suppliers and review your Operating Model for managing supplier performance and relationships.
Development : Working with you, we determine where and how investment should be made on your Supplier Management agenda. We identify the gap that needs to be bridged, the appropriate investment programme and devise the Business Case and Justification.
Deployment : The implementation of the Development Plan is a tailored programme. We focus on securing the targeted outcomes as expediently as possible. We design the work programme to deliver the necessary resource, skills and tools to enable the Business Case to be fulfilled. We also ensure that your team is fully equipped to manage the new operating environment independently.
360 Perspective : We look at relationships and all contributing aspects from the supplier's perspective as well as the client's. This ensures that the deployment draws on the commitment and potential of both parties - and for critical suppliers, delivers a clear Relationship Strategy and Plan that unlocks the full value from your supplier engagement
